Career & Transition Services

Benhaven Career & Transition Services is recognized by the Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE), Bureau of Education as a Transition/Vocation provider. Benhaven is a career and transition provider that focuses on services and supports in the communities where people live, in post-secondary education, developing the interests of the people served and through meaningful employment to promote productive careers.

This highly individualized support has a significant impact on helping young adults develop confidence and independence. Benhaven provides services for school age students ages 18+ and post-secondary individuals with a disability.

Individuals participating in our program learn to become active members of their community socially and vocationally, while honing their self-advocacy and independent living skills.
