Sam Picard

Residential Director

Ms. Picard started her career at Benhaven in 1996 as a volunteer. Over the years she has held almost every position in our residential program. She has served an advocate for our individuals and as a leader for our employees. In 2011, she became a Residential Manager for one of the group homes. There she helped transform the lives of the four residents and team. Sam takes the lead on many teams and for many trainings throughout the residential program.  In 2019, she was honored to follow in the footsteps of Stephen Simonson to her current position, Residential Director.
