"Night at the Rink" on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 6:05 p.m. at the MassMutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. This family-friendly community event, held during the I-91 Rivalry hockey game between the Hartford Wolf Pack and the Springfield Thunderbirds, will highlight the importance of dyslexia awareness, early identification, and evidence-based support through educational resources, community partnerships, and shared stories of resilience. The event is open to Connecticut and Massachusetts families, educators, and LEAs, students, libraries, advocacy agencies, and community partners, and includes participation in the Stick to Reading Program, through which eligible children may receive a complimentary ticket and an opportunity to be on the ice during the opening ceremony.
