Behavior Technicians (BT and RBTs)

Benhaven’s program for Children’s Behavioral Services is seeking qualified technicians for per diem positions supporting children with autism and their families in home and community settings.

Benhaven provides service throughout the Greater New Haven, Bridgeport, Hartford and Waterbury regions.  Staffing is needed for both day and after-school shifts.  

These positions require an associate's degree or credit equivalent and experience working with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities. Qualified candidates will be offered training to become BACB Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) if they are not already certified. This an ideal position for candidates who would like to supplement their current work schedule. Efforts are made to keep travel to a minimum and consideration of scheduling and case assignment preferences is provided. Programming will be designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with BACB supervision available for qualified applicants who are pursuing certification.
