Access Services

The admissions process:

• A referral is made from a school district, individual, family/guardian or agency via, phone, email or mail.
• Initial conversation with Benhaven’s Career and Transition Services team and the referring person to discuss our services and approach to ensure our service are able to meet the person’s needs.
• Any relevant records/reports will be forwarded to Benhaven.
• The person and family/guardian will visit the Career and Transition Services. It is important for the person being referred to attend the meeting. It is our belief that the person believes we are the appropriate choice to help them to move forward and succeed in the future.
• Family/guardian completes admissions packet and it is reviewed by Benhaven.
