Mr. Baldino has been involved with Benhaven for over 30 years.  The maintenance departments that he oversees consists of a unique blend of very talented individuals.   There are over thirty fleet vehicles, nine residential homes, two schools, numerous administrative buildings and acreage of beautiful property settings that are maintained professionally by the maintenance crew on a daily basis.  Dedicated and innovative team efforts have been successful in providing Benhaven properties and vehicles, as well as the staff, the students and the residents, with an integral quality of comfort in their daily life experiences.
