Ballet Theatre Company is excited to offer Sensory-Friendly performances of The Nutcracker and Snow White at The Bushnell’s Maxwell M. and Ruth R. Belding Theater during its 25th Anniversary season! The Sensory-Friendly Ballet is a safe and respectful environment beyond what families expect at typical theatrical ballet performances. There will be lower sound levels and the lights will remain on at a low level in the theater. Additionally, there will be quiet areas, social stories, fidgets, and more through our partnership with The Bushnell.
BTC’s Sensory-Friendly performance of The Nutcracker will take place on Sunday, December 3rd at 11:00am. With support from The Petit Family Foundation and Betty Knox Family Foundation, lower prices are offered in the following seating sections:
- Rear Mezzanine sections C, D, and E: $20 plus fees
- Rear Orchestra sections C, D, and E: $30 plus fees
Tickets can be purchased here using the code SENSE24. If any families are unable to afford the prices, let us know and we will be happy to work with families to help experience this holiday tradition!
